Park Chalet: keep reception pickup separate from resort activities
Use the full Park Chalet name and its confirmed vehicle entrance for arrival and return. Do not send only “Shahdag” or a Pik Palace map pin. A day of skiing before hotel drop-off needs a waiting arrangement and secure luggage plan. Tell the driver if you are changing hotels or returning to GYD on a different date so both journeys can be confirmed separately.
Airport arrival to Shahdag: build a flight-to-hotel plan
Send the operating flight number, local arrival date and the full name of your Shahdag hotel. Airport formalities and luggage collection are additional to the driving time. For a late landing, reconfirm hotel reception access and weather before starting the mountain journey.
