Snowfall, ice, fog and visibility can change quickly on the final mountain section. The normal journey estimate is a planning range, not a guarantee. Current conditions are checked close to departure, and a delay or revised time may be safer than trying to protect a tight activity or flight schedule.
Count equipment as luggage
List skis, snowboards, boot bags, helmets, strollers and large suitcases separately. UNI-V iDD and UNI-Z each carry a maximum of four passengers, but the usable baggage space depends on the complete load and must be confirmed before the vehicle is assigned.
Describe the equipment before selecting a vehicle
For a Baku to Shahdag transfer with ski equipment, state the number of people, ski or snowboard bags, their approximate lengths and other suitcases. Mention rigid cases and a stroller. A seat count does not establish space for skis, and a child seat affects the seating arrangement. Confirm how the whole load will fit before accepting the selected car.
Plan the return load as well
Tell the driver if you will bring back more equipment than you take out. Carrying gear from Baku and renting at the resort are different transport requirements. Equipment rental and lift tickets are arranged separately. Reconfirm the return pickup and any changes to luggage or passenger count.
