Booking confirmation
A message is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. The booking begins after the route, vehicle, date, pickup time and final fare are confirmed directly.
Passenger responsibility
Passengers must provide accurate flight, address, passenger and luggage information and notify the driver promptly when plans change.
Route and fare
Check the pickup address and the exact hotel or destination before accepting the quote. The prices page distinguishes a one-way journey from a same-day return and lists the available cars separately. A Baku city departure and an airport departure are different requests. Confirm the final fare for your own route; a price shown for another journey does not confirm your booking.
Passengers, luggage and equipment
Tell Elgun how many adults and children are travelling, the number and size of suitcases, and whether you have a stroller or ski equipment. Vehicle suitability depends on both seating and luggage space. Ask about a child seat before the journey and confirm availability directly. Do not assume that a vehicle can take additional passengers or oversized equipment without checking first.
Airport pickup and journey timing
For an airport pickup, send the flight number, arrival date and destination hotel. Agree on the meeting point and allow time for passport control and collecting bags. Tell the driver if the flight or arrival time changes. Published driving times are planning estimates: traffic, weather and road conditions can affect the journey. For a return to the airport, agree on departure time with sufficient allowance for your flight.
Return trips and changes
If you need a return transfer, confirm the return date, pickup location and time as well as the outward journey. A return on another day is not the same arrangement as a same-day return. Discuss additional stops, a different hotel or a longer stay before relying on the original quote. Contact the driver as early as possible about a cancellation; the cancellation page explains the existing notice guidance.
Transfer and resort services
BakuToShahdag arranges private road transport. Hotel accommodation, ski passes, equipment rental and resort activities are separate from the transfer unless explicitly included in your confirmed arrangement. Check opening times and activity availability with the resort or hotel. Keep the written route, vehicle, pickup time and final fare so that you and the driver can refer to the same agreed details.
