For an airport or hotel pickup
For GYD arrivals, add the operating flight number and local arrival date. For a Shahdag hotel, send the full property name and the entrance or map point if available. Mention children, child-seat requests, skis, snowboards, pushchairs and unusually large bags before a vehicle is selected.
What the reply should confirm
Check that the answer covers the same date, pickup time, route, vehicle, passenger and luggage plan you requested. A one-way journey, same-day return and return on another date are different arrangements. Keep the direct contact available on the travel day and report a flight or hotel change promptly.
