Pik Palace: book the hotel, not the general ski area
Send the Pik Palace reservation name and its hotel entrance or reception map point. A hotel check-in drop-off differs from a visit to the ski base with waiting. Mention ski bags, children and the return date. If your itinerary also includes Park Chalet or another property, list it as a second address so the quote covers the extra stop.
Park Chalet: keep reception pickup separate from resort activities
Use the full Park Chalet name and its confirmed vehicle entrance for arrival and return. Do not send only “Shahdag” or a Pik Palace map pin. A day of skiing before hotel drop-off needs a waiting arrangement and secure luggage plan.
